Please assist as the consumer was charged with the wrong meter readings as from 2015 and only in September 2022 they start charging the account with 2 water readings which was an estimate for both of them.<div><br></div><div>Please receive the reading as well taken on the 06/12/2022 on Water meter no - 140216189.</div><div>May you please also consider to pass the six month policy when rectifying the account.</div>
