On the July 2022 account (payable 15/8/22) the reading was 304 (reading date 10 May 2022). No account was received for August 2022. On the September 2022 acc the Body Corporate were billed an interim of 10kl. The interim on the Oct '22 account were 15kl and the interim on the Nov'22 acc were 15 kl. In total 40kl for interim while the actual reading on 1 December 2022 is 319. Therefor only 15kl water used since 10 May 2022. There is a smart meter installed. It would be appreciated if the correct readings can be used as the Body Corporate did not budget for these interim readings on the monthly accounts<div><br></div><div><br></div><div>QRC RESPONSE: The actual reading of 319 will be processed in the Jan 2023 statement. Interims is an automated process which will be automatically reversed in the Jan 2023 statement. The account will therefore charge actual consumption less interims billed. </div>
