exesive water usage with no one in the house. water charged can never be.....handed over with no previous queries dealt with......i pay a r1000 per month towards water and still you charge 3 times that......outstanding should only be on water and not rates,fire,sewage...etc...plus interest has been charged..please reverse all<div><br></div><div><br></div><div><b>QRC RESPONSE: According to the system,readings are obtained every month which records consumption used as there are movements on the meter. It is advisable to appoint a plumber to have house accessed for undetected leaks.</b></div>
