I have not been billed for water since around January/February 2022 shortly after having a smart meter installed. After querying this month on end it has finally been billed however I have been billed the punitive rate for 114 KL resulting in a bill of over R5000 when this should be broken down per month and charged at a lesser rate accordingly. On average our household only uses around 8 KL per month and never anything over 10 KL. Please correct the pricing urgently!
