Description
In Sept a delegation came from BCM to help folk with their problem accounts. Mr Mahen was the rep I spoke to. I believe we are being over charged as we have 8 tanks with 35000l of water we only use BCM water for toilets and laundry and very occasionally for small garden. We always get an "Interim 'account. A few days after the meeting a group of people came , one lady took photos of our meter(the new) kind) and the the 8 tanks. Since then nothimg has changed.
