Good morning,<div>To whom it may concern<div>I have bought my house 3 years ago and has done the change of name of my prepaid meter box. This is the second time I am having problems with my meter that it continues to reject when I'm reloading with electricity. I phoned this morning to find out what the problem may be and was told that this box is yet still not registered on my name after 3 years and is still on previous owners name. when this property was bought I went into the office to do the change myself.</div><div><br></div><div>what is needed to be done, to get this problem sorted? I cannot continue to experience this problem every time.</div><div><br></div></div>
