We have in fact been billed for 2 water meters since they installed the new meters months ago
Statement shows:
Meter-no 160206369 – always with an interim reading
Meter-no 212057258 – with current and previous consumption and reading dates (I therefore assume this is the new meter and the correct one)
Please can you do a recon on our account from October 2021 (when the new meters where installed) to date and correct the over charged amount.
