Description
I write to express the problem I am experiencing with regard to the municipality billing system and resolution of problem issues.<div><br></div><div>First it was a water quiry that was never resolved for years followed by unrealistically high water charges.</div><div><br></div><div>I have hired people to fix water leaks but I continue to lose water .&nbsp;</div><div>The municipality had once sent a technician to remove and replace a leaking water meter from my house. No one knew for how long the meter had been leaking.</div><div>I have paid large amounts of money to the municipality due to this problem.</div><div>I am a 66 year old pensioner.
