On 15th December 2021, I paid a deposit and opened my account at the Gonubie Municipal offices. The said property was registered in our name on 20th December 2021.
I have been receiving a monthly account (see attached) without rates & water. I have called the customer call centre and was told this will take 3-6 months before it will show on my account. I have since been referred to other departments and called 043 705 3143, 043 705 3729, 043 705 3347 and 43 705 3914 with no luck.
I have received my latest Statement (attached below) but still the rates and water are not reflecting. Please advise when will the transfer of ownership / transfer of ALL services be done and my account reflect the rates&taxes and water.
