The reading BCM used on 18/11/2019 was INCORRECT
Used 33220 (which was an average not actual)
Our reading was around 36200
so .... we were charged in March 2020 at the corrected meter reading BUT were charged then at R28,85 and not at the average rate of the previous months (R22,93 and R23,35)
