please check on this acc there is water that is back charged from the old meter that was changed in 2013 and this acc was opened in 2020 please assist <div><br></div><div>QRC RESPONSE: Under Review</div><div>Matter referred to the Billing Department for further assessment of meter installation and back charged dated in line with registration date: 02.02.2023</div><div>Meter #90039775 was back charged from 2013 to 2022/09 but property was registered to them in Feb 2020</div><div>Meter #09003975 (seem to be the meter number) was then back charged from 2020/07 to 2021/09.</div><div>6 months policy adjustment processed on 14.02.2022 - query now resolved</div><div><br></div><br/><b>Journal Amount</b>: [117323.09]
