Water Billing Query
Description
In 2021 our water bill became excessive and we could not figure out what was happening until we noticed that our meter was swimming in water and contacted water works. After a period of over month they came, fixed the leak on the municipal side and replaced the meter. After consulting the enquiries in Beacon Bay regarding the excess bill we personally went to request the job card from water works and submitted to the Beacon Bay Office. To date nothing has happened with regards to our bill.
