Operation dated 2021/05/13 smart meter replacement was done. Consumption was affected by the punitive rate if any internal leaks were repaired 2021/2022 period a new query needs to be logged and repair letter/affidavit attached. If the customer has reference number for repairs done Feb 2021 contact the call center with the reference number and query will be re-opened.</div>
