Description
As per assessment the consumer submitted a plumbers invoice that has no date of the repairs, according to policy the invoice should state clearly the date of repairs and what was repaired. The consumer must submit another invoice clearly stating everything for further investigation.<div><br></div><div><b><u>QRC RESPONSE: </u></b>Customer needs to submit a letter starting date of repair. Query closed and customer needs to open a new query and attach the required information.</div>
