WATER QUERY<div><br></div><div>reading were changed in 2020.03 from 218 to 122 before the smart meter installed in 2020.08</div><div><br></div><div><b><u>QRC RESPONSE:</u></b> High Consumption Reported and report back from water works found internal leak. Customer needs to provide the department with plumbing invoice/affidavit if the internal leaks has been repaired to assess the account for a leak credit rebate. Query close and customer needs to log a new query and attach supporting plumbing documents.</div>
