SUBMIT PLUMBERS LETTER<div><br></div><div><b>QRC RESPONSE: Query Closed</b></div><div>Consumer assisted at the ward 46 Community session on 06 Dec 2022 and findings were explained. </div><div>Readings and consumption is in order. </div><div>The letter from leak Finda states there was no leak found, but they found the “<i>main feed from the meter to the house (under the ground) may have been replaced</i>”. </div><div>After explaining the findings with Mrs Mxi, she mentioned the property is rented out to tenants. She further mentioned that the neighbour had done some construction on his property, but there was a burst pipe which the neighbour fixed.</div><div>Mrs Mxi was advised to consult with the tenants and the neighbour to determine if any of them could have repaired a leak on her property, but she opted to apply for the Debt Incentive Scheme instead.</div>
