Kindly investigate high water charges raised on this account.&nbsp;<div><br></div><div><b><u>QRC RESPONSE: Query Closed</u></b></div><div>Meter inspection was requested by Waterworks in Aug 2022</div><div>Report back states: "A BCMM plumber accompanied by the owner of the property found the meter turning at 3.8 l/minute, indicating an internal leak. Leak found was the outside toilet and a tap inside the main house. Current reading on the 24/08/2022 is 0773. An H/C letter was left with the owner."</div><div><br></div><div>Query Closed as consumer is required to appoint a plumber to repair all leaks and to submit a signed copy of the plumbers letter stating what was repaired with date of repairs.</div><div><b>A new query may be logged once all repairs are done and upload plumbers letter</b></div>
