Kindly investigate high water charges raised on this account.&nbsp;<div><br></div><div><b><u>QRC RESPONSE: Query Closed</u></b></div><div>Consumption is based on recorded readings and readings are in order.</div><div>Consumption is averaging above 45kl</div><div>Punitive tariffs were implemented on consumption that exceeded 20+kl from Jan 2020 to Feb 2022 due to water restriction tariffs at the time.</div><div>Waterworks visited the premises on 14.11.2022 and found the meter in order, no leaks. Current reading is 3462 on the 14/11/2022.</div><div>Consumer is advised to have premises assessed for any internal leaks or to reduce consumption.</div><div>Arrears is also due to insufficient payments being made, with last payment date noted as March 2022.</div><div><br><div><br></div><div><br></div></div>
