Kindly investigate high water charges raised on this account.<div><br></div><div>QRC RESPONSE:</div><div>Waterworks inspection history:</div><div>Report dated 2020/04 states "appears to be in order by sounding and timing with check reading: 2942 and consumer said no leaks were fixed".</div><div><div>Report dated 2021/05 states "appears to be in order by sounding and timing with check reading: 3476 and consumer said no leaks were fixed".</div><div>Readings are in line with above reading periods.&nbsp;</div><div>Pictures received taken 03.05.2021 by consumer reflects reading of 3469 and 18.05.2021 reading: 3475 reflect consumption of 6kl used in 15 days.</div><div>Consumer should advise if any leaks has been repaired since 2021 to date or change in water usage could have reduced consumption. Stage 3 punitive tariffs were applied from Jan 2020 to Feb 2022 on consumption exceeding 20+kl.</div><div>Query closed</div><div><br></div></div>
