document reflects repairs dated as 31 July 2020.</p><p class="MsoNormal">No
credit can be applied as the Consumption since then has not dropped and is
averaging above 45-50kl which attracted punitive tariffs between Jan 2020 to Feb 2022.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Consumer e-mailed 12 Jan 2022 with above explanation and advised to assess if any other leaks.</p><p class="MsoNormal"><o:p></o:p></p></div>
