Prolonged Overdue Refund After Transfer of Ownerships
Description
See Attached Correspondence downloads 1, 2 & 3. Kindly refer to download 1 and email string. Our property at 2 Osmond Street, Wilsonia Erf ELM24030 was sold during April 2015 from our account: 10242881 to Astrapak Property Holding (Pty) Ltd account: 10427181 ref download 1. BCM subsequently incurred for unknown reasons a prolonged delay to Transfer of Ownership which only took place during December 2020 a staggering five years later - the supporting correspondence is self-explanatory ref download 1. Our account: 10242881 was subsequently credited by BCM upon completion of the Transfer of Ownership to the amount -R9298.42 per attached statement. BCM were instructed by our transfer attorneys to refund any credit amounts due to the trust into their stated and designated Nedbank account - supporting correspondence is self-explanatory ref downloads 2 & 3 BCM have not refunded the said amount of R-R9298.42 into the trust account and have again unreasonably delayed for a further two and a half years the processing of such amounts due and payable to Juden Property trust. Your urgent attention is required to deal with the settlement of the extensively withheld refund failing which this matter shall be handed over to our legal department for collection of said amounts in full together with interest incurred thereon and claims for attorney and client scale of costs for professional services rendered. Kind regards CR Harnden Duly Authorised Trustee
