Outstanding Query since OCT 2021
Description
I had originally logged a Query in Oct 2021. To date nothing has been done and the query is still open. I have however been disconnected in the interim. I also did not receive 14 days notice of your intention to disconnect, in fact I did not receive any notice of your intention to disconnect. I was billed from April 2021 until July 2021 in 1 month. The new smart meter was not working and they came to repair it. I was then back billed for the 3 months in 1 month at a higher rate. I also need clarity on how the tariffs are calculated e.g 10kl's of water R$1011 20kl's at R$1012 etc. Once again we are receiving interim readings even though a smart meter has been installed. This has become absolutely ridiculous.
