I only have 2 Dogs but have been charged for 3 dogs for the last 10+ years. I have attempted to have the matter resolved for the last few years but to no avail. The Traffic Department has been to my house to verify the number of dogs, however this has not been reflected on my account. Please may I have the credit allocated on my account - I do not want to pay for a dog that I do not even possess.
