Refund of deposit, interests & reconnection fees

14/03/2022 I bought my daughter's share of property & despite lawyer's instructions not to close the a/c (my son still owns the other half), it was closed and another one was opened which I was not aware of and hence the new a/c was not being paid. So, I was slapped with deposit, interests and reconnection fees. Please check the statements as I won't be able to attach all of them. I have been asking for my refunds from Vuyokazi Yako & Barry Brown but they did look into in and refunded a portion only but when I queried again; I was told to log my query online. This is a complicated one and want all my refunds and credits ASAP as this is long overdue.The previous a/c no was 10364437, I need a refund for that deposit too.
