Since we moved in 2021 they have not charged us for water and we still paid for a few months. Then they started charging us for refuse but we had our own refuse in our Estate so need credit. Then when we started getting charged for water is was a very big figure. I have not paid the full amount since that first invoice because it was way to much. Then they wanted to take us to court and had to pay the full amount even if it was incorrect. Then the first year our rates & Taxes were included but we were not charged any rates & taxes after that year.
