Good Day, I am disputing my new valuation off 3.1 Million for my home. We have one of the smallest houses in our street, and will never be able to get the above price for our home, yes we are staying in a street who other prices of the houses are very high as per the property, but there is a few houses that is very small as per our home, please relook at this valuation.
