On-going Water Query (since 2016)
Description
Good Day, I have been querying this issue since 2016. Water is no being charged to the BCM Bill. I was advised by BCM that the water was incorrectly being charged to a "Ghost account" but that BCM would need to remap the complex to correct the issue which to date, has not been done, deposite my numerous and continual follow ups. Please will someone revert back to me soonest possible?
