The building in question, 57 Currie Street, has been standing vacant as a result of the terrible and dangerous state of the surrounding area, as well as Covid-19.
As such has it become impossible for us to raise enough money to settle the account.
We would greatly appreciate it if the Buffalo City Metro Municipality could write off some or all of te debt incurred so far.
