Unresolved Water queries dating back to June 2021 (onwards)

I am Jose M Lukose, owner of the property 2 Avalon Road, Beacon Bay. My municipal account no is 10237032. Since the middle of 2021, I have been having water queries with the municipality since my water bills have been unrealistically high. I had two major water leakages as well on that property. I submitted plumbers' reports together with affidavits at the Beacon Bay municipal office. Though on a Monthly basis, I have been to that office, till now, the municipality has not made an attempt to reconcile my account. Municipal staff in Beacon Bay has been flagging my account since then. I have been paying municipal bills as per advice.
On the 5th of May 2022, I attended the municipal billing query summit at Trinity Methodist Church Hall, Southernwood. The official who attended to my query advised me to send her the leak reports and requested that I get a plumber to investigate the property for any possible undetected leaks. I contacted a plumber and the plumber's investigation found an underground leak. I submitted all three reports to her. But till now, I have not received any reply.
Recently, BCM handed over my account, though I have been complaining and reminding the municipality to consider my case. They have been charging interest on my outstanding balance for the last so many months.
The Reference No I received for a query I submitted to Beacon Bay municipal office was 6640.
