Kindly note that on account 10199927BCM charged the owner a year of water of 446kl don't know why as the owner pay every month the account, please sort this out and then there is another water reading which is not for the property that the owner get charge for this is not fair in so many levels as BCM over charge an owner and then they need to pay or they get block or a 80/20 split
