BCM charged for an interim of 15months @19kl p/month from Dec2020 to Feb 2022 total 277kl on the old meter 960405628 then in March 2022 reversed 277kl as had a reading of 26kl for one month 22 Oct 2021 to 20 Nov 2021, plus new meter SN 200504407 and charged us for 3 mths from 22 Nov 2021 till 16 Feb 2022 for 209kl or 58kl per month which is impossible! The smart meter then read correctly for April & May 9 & 5kl then stopped working and BCM charged and interim for 4 months @ 10kl pm. this was reversed in Oct 2022 then we were charged with a massive 100kl giving us an average of 20kl per month!!!! very high for 2 people in the household and we running tanks due to water problems in our area. Nov 22 high with 22kl December back to normal with 6kl. Please could this problem be resolved as we are sitting with arrears!!!!!!!!
