OUR FIRST REFERENCE #79916 - 30th September account - we used 7 kiloliters we got an account for 141 kiloliters water we only paid for the 7 then on the 31st October account we used 5 kiloliters, we got an account for 141kilolitres again we only paid for the 5. This has happened right up to the present time, the old meter number BSRA9667 was taken out on 30-09-22 and replaced with SN212076798, READING on the old meter was 798 and the reading on the new meter taken on the 28 February 2023 was 48 (picture enclosed). I think we are still being billed on the old meter as well but like we said before, we use 5-7kiloleters maximum but getting billed for 141 kiloliters every month since Sep last year to now. please assist
