QRC Query Logged and Resolved:<div>Received e-mail on 15 March 2023 from the PM for assessment and response to the consumer.<div>Consumer sent e-mail disputing the water consumption and related charges.</div><div>A meter inspection and check reading was requested via Inland Region on 15.03.2023.</div><div>Feedback received on 16.03.2023 with the following findings:</div></div><div>"<i>Meter was inspected by Macrocomm team this morning, there are no visible leaks on the meter and consu<b>mer said it herself that he has a leaking toilet</b>. They also mentioned that the house looks like it was recently renovated and consumer have flats at the back. Check reading is attached and readings are following. Picture taken on 16.03.2023 with reading 1566</i>".</div><div>Consumer was advised via e-mail: ntoshsam@gmail.com on 16.03.2023 to appoint a plumber to repair existing leaks.</div><div>Query Closed</div>
