We have been charged the incorrect rates and have been rezoned and still, the incorrect rates are being charged. It was briefly resolved for about 4 months back in 2019-2020 and then as covid started the incorrect amount has been charged. I have been down to the offices and filled docs 3 times and still not correct. Please can you assist?
