On checking the water readings on my account, the readings do not correspond with what I record every last day of the month. On the 31st December 2022 the reading was 430. According to the account 24 February 2023 the reading was 425 on the 2nd January 2023. This is impossible unless the meter is going backwards. I can confirm it is not, as on the 31st January 2023 the reading was 443. Please attend and reply
