How do I get the credit paid back to me on prepaid rates- I am the seller

Good day I sold my property in November 2022. Transfer took place in the same month. BCM needs to pay back the credit on my account. Please can you advise on how I can get my money paid into my bank account? I have attached the supporting docs from my attorneys and really hopeful you can assist. Thank you.
