I would just like an explanation as to why my water charges are so high. why was the meter not read correctly in the last six months? i have a smart meter but i am still being charged incorrectly. do i have to go back to doing my own meter readings? Can you please arrange a payment plan because i cannot afford the full price. i do not want penalties on my electricity payments etc.
