QRC RESPONSE: Contacted consumer to ask whether he had any leaks at property on 19.11.22.<div>Consumer mentioned that he did report high water consumption to bcm and they did go out to property, he said it was on bcm side.</div><div>Although he has reported it and it was fixed the account is still very high.&nbsp;</div><div>He said he will send necessary documents to show high water reported.&nbsp;</div><div>Provided consumer with my email address.</div><div>Matter referred to Service Provider and Billing for assessment of the Nov 2022 readings.</div>
