Please see documents attached that were previously sent to you at the time. While the new owner has been billed the rates and taxes from the date of transfer, the water and electricity is still being charged to my account. Please can you urgently see to it that my account is closed as soon as possible and that the credit balance available at the time of sale, is refunded to me, the seller.
