Description
We bought erf no ELM 04262 in September 2022. I visited the Beacon Bay office to register the rates and taxes account in my name. However, my details were captured incorrectly and I never received an account for account no 10441325 until February 2023, when I queried account no. 10180979. I have made 3 payments on account no 10180979 (Nov '22 - Jan '23) and 1 payment on account no 10441325 (Feb '23). The previous payments (on 10180979) need to be credited to account no 10441325. Proof of Nov '22 payment hereto attached. Other payments can be provided on request<div><br></div><div>On 16 October 2022 I paid a deposit for the registering of a new account with BCMM at the Beacon Bay office. The amount I paid was R1,280, however, the deposit indicated on my account is recorded as R908.00. Please correct the deposit amount on the account. (This part of information is from query ref#95698 which was closed as two queries were opened under the same account number. Kindly attend to this component as well.</div>
