It seems that 46 Edge Road Beacon Bay – Unit No 184 The Beacon is being billed to TWO different companies.
AP Lion Developments (Pty) Ltd and Chilli Pepper Residential (Pty) Ltd
This unit USED to belong to AP Lion Developments (Pty) Unit No 184 The Beacon was recently SOLD and therefore no longer ours. Transfer for Unit No 184 The Beacon took place on 25 October 2022
Please could the relevant account person for the Chilli Pepper Residential (Pty) Ltd A/c No 10398104 be informed that this account should NOT exist as it belonged to AP Lion Developments (Pty) Ltd
All the charges on this December invoice should be reversed and the account should be closed
