I have a problem with my water account. It was suddenly astronomically high despite normal water usage. I had the BCM go and check the meter and there was a leak, (I estimate that this was in Sept last year) however the account was not adjusted accordingly. Since then it has remained high - we have checked the property and there don't seem to be any other leaks. I assume that maybe the meter is faulty? however we need this account rectified as soon as possible please. <div><br></div><div>This query is closed as two queries were opened under the same account number.
