Description
Copper pipes were stolen and we had to replace the geyser etc and this was previously reported<div><b><u>QRC Response-2023/04/04</u></b></div><div>Plumber's letter received.</div><div>Date of repair 11th May 2021</div><div>Average after repairs =32kl.</div><div>Consumption 2021/01-2021/05=104 over four months ,therefore average =26kl which is Lower than the average after the date of repairs .Therefore the consumer does not qualify for the leak rebate.</div><div><u><b>QRC-Response 2023/04/13</b></u></div><div><b>Leak Letter received for plumbing repairs dated Dec 2020 for the stolen copper pipes.</b></div><div>The Water has been adjusted in terms of the policy adjustment (Inclusive of Vat and Interest WA)</div><b>Journal Number</b>: [240525] ,submitted for review and authorization.<br/><b>Journal Amount</b>: [-R27,101.23]
