Water meter query - from old meter changed to new smart meter
Description
Consumer phoned in to query high water consumption from 201705 and that was on the old meter and now new meter installed 2020 still water is high.<div>Advised consumer to check for any leaks at property and if any was fix between time they picked up the high consumption till to date or should get a plumber to check property for underground leaks.</div><div><br></div><div>Consumer to submit leak letter or affidavit.</div><div>Advised that monthly payments should be done on account even if water is being queried.</div><div>All other services should be paid in full and an average on the service under query.</div><div>Consumer promised to pay R 1500.00 today and i did advise that account was last paid in September 2022.<br><div><div><br></div></div></div>
