To whom it may concern<div><br></div><div>Our property for account number 10292465 was sold on 14 October 2021 but I have not received my refund yet for my deposits held by BCM and I have not received my refund for amounts paid up front for services on 15 September 2021.</div><div><br></div><div>Documents are all attached, and proof of payments.</div><div><br></div><div>I receive accounts each month however for water and reconnection fee and interest charges.
