I have been trying to close my water account on a property that I sold.

Address: 9 shamrock Lane, Beacon Bay
It registered in the new owners name(Badenhorst) on 2nd Feb 2022 I believe
I have a meter reading from 8 Feb 2022 of : 119272
Please can you assist in getting this account terminated?
I have been trying for many months now via phone and email with no luck
