We had an unfortunate incident during the night of 25th October or the morning of 26th October. One of the elbow joints popped out and water was flowing out. We do not know what time this happened and only found out when one of the family members saw it in the morning. The water meter reading is very high this month (24kl), due to this broken joint. Previous months were: 13kl, 17kl, 17kl,15kl and 16kl. We are trying our best to use as less water as possible. Can BCM please consider giving me a rebate for this month?
