Hi There - we have been charged an interim reading of 16kl per month. We have a smart meter but dont think its working - I submit water readings but they are not accepted as i have a smart meter<div><br></div><div>QRC RESPONSE:A request for reading updates has been requested.&nbsp;</div><div>If possible can you kindly upload a latest picture of the meter with reading.</div>
