Good Morning<div> </div><div>I have not been able to reactivate the online viewing of our monthly BCM account as I do not receive the OTP sms, so have not had a statement in a couple of months. </div><div> </div><div>It has come to my attention after receiving the last 2 months statements, that we have in fact been billed for 2 water meters since they installed the new meters months ago. </div><div> </div><div>Statement shows:</div><div>Meter-no 160206369 – always with an interim reading </div><div> </div><div>Meter-no 212057258 – with current and previous consumption and reading dates (I therefore assume this is the new meter and the correct one)</div><div> </div><div>Please can you do a recon on our account from October 2021 (when the new meters where installed) to date and correct the over charged amount.</div><div> </div><div>Thank you</div><div>Taryn de Villiers</div>
