I have, on numerous occassions,emailed and phoned your department, and have visited your Beacon Bay office in this regard. I bought a vacant plot in Jan 2021, and am charged monthly for refuse removal. No refuse accumulates on this VACANT plot! I have, in previous communications, refused to pay this amount, and yet it is still billed, with an accruing interest charge!!!!! Please correct this billing error...I will not pay for a service incorrectly billed to my account. Thank you.
